The rapidly accelerating development of technologies, in particular Artificial Intelligence, will imminently inspire, or later impose a revolution in UK education systems. We are presented with an important choice either to embrace the imminent change or fall behind the countries that do. The advantages of being an early adopting country will be extremely beneficial to the welfare of the population and to the economy. This report outlines a vision, describing the complete separation of education from assessment supported by Artificial Intelligence.
